Sunninghill Apartment features a spectacular large (10x4) outdoor private pool with ample surroundings, for sole use of the occupants of this property. The pool area is furnished with 6 cushioned sun-loungers, parasole and pergola. Sunninghill has lovely mountainn views across then olive groves that surround the property.

Ground Floor Bedroom:

On the ground floor there is a small inner hallway, which leads to 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed which looks out onto the pool area, and a twin room to the rear. These both have, full length sliding doors, with mosquito screens and easy access to the outside area. A seperate bathroom serves both bedrooms and has a walk in shower.

First Floor:

The tastefully decorated Master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the duplex with its own balcony over looking the pool and out towards the bay of Kalkan. This bedroom features a beautiful appointed en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Arranged over 2 floors the apartment offers, a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with a spacious kitchen which features granite work surfaces, and is extremely well equipped with modern fitted appliances including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor, microwave and a water cooler. Underneath the stairs there is a washing machine, along with an ironing board and iron.

The dining area has a table which seats up to 6 guests. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa plus flat-screen TV, which is fitted with IPTV for those guests that want a quiet night in. There are full length sliding doors with mosquito screens, from this area easy access leads out onto the spacious pool terrace and alfresco dining area.
